Video: Leading curriculum and pedagogical change

A webinar, Leading Curriculum & Pedagogical Change, presented by Adrian Bertolini on 17 August 2020.

Each school is unique. There is no ‘one size fits all’ answer to leading curriculum and pedagogical change. Schools that consistently deliver great outcomes are a result of a series of good decisions that accumulate one upon another over a very long period of time. In this webinar, we will discuss how to lead effective curriculum and pedagogical change within schools. We will discuss John Kotter’s two“ operating systems” and his eight-step change model and explore how school leaders can adjust the PLC / PLT model to empower staff to grow in knowledge, skill and leadership.
